Pet Policy – The Corners

We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment home with a combined weight of 55 pounds. Animal owners must complete an Animal Addendum and pay the required $200.00 pet deposit, per pet.

Animal owners must supply current vet records showing up to date immunizations and provide a photo of each animal. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owner’s apartment home. All animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal. We have provided several animal waste stations throughout the community for your convenience.

The Corners at Brier Creek is a Pet Friendly community that welcomes most pets. For the well-being of our residents (two legged and four), we restrict certain breeds of dogs that have a higher risk of aggression or destructive characteristics. The following restricted breeds (or any mix of them) are not permitted on property at any time: Akitas, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers or Wolf Hybrids.
